General FAQ's

What is OnPacts?

OnPacts is a fitness and discipline-building platform designed to help you stay consistent with your goals. It uses a structured commitment system where you plan your weekly activities, stay accountable, and become eligible for performance-based rewards based on your completion.

How do I set up a fitness pact?

You are allowed 2 unpaid emergency leaves per month, which can be used if you are unable to complete an activity. These leaves do not carry forward and must be used within the same month.

What are activities and how do they work?

Activities are a set of goals - steps count or calories burned - within a fixed timeframe. Completing either marks the activity as done for that day.

Activities use your device sensors including accelerometer, GPS, and pedometer. You will be prompted to grant the necessary permissions to enable tracking.

Important: Any tampering or manipulation of these sensors may cause activities to crash or malfunction, which can directly impact your progress and results.

What if I couldn't do the activity because of some emergency?

You do get 2 emergency leaves per month that count as a workout if needed. These leaves don’t carry forward to the next month and must be used in the given month.

What if I need to take a break from OnPacts?

You can take a break for up to 3 straight weeks. If you need more than 3 weeks, you can freeze your account. However, you must complete your current week’s commitment before taking a break, and make sure you create a break before the week starts.

Can I change my current week’s commitment ?

No. Once the week begins (Monday–Sunday), your plan is locked. You can only set or modify your next week's commitment before it starts.

If no plan is set, that week will automatically be treated as a break week.

What is the cycle of the week?

The week's cycle in OnPacts starts and runs from Monday to Sunday only. All pacts and commitments follow this fixed weekly schedule, and users can plan their workouts accordingly for each upcoming week.

What if I want to resume my activity despite my ongoing break?

As you're on the break schedule, which can range from 1-3 straight weeks. You need to send us a mail on support@Onpacts.com mentioning the Intended days and stake amount for the week you need to resume activity. Our team will respond to your request within 12- 24 hours.

Stake and Reward regarding FAQ's

How can I be eligible for the rewards?

Eligibility is determined at the start of the week and may update based on your balance. You become eligible when your available balance meets or exceeds your weekly commitment.

How do stake work?

The commitment amount is the value you set while planning your week to reinforce accountability. It represents the maximum amount that may be deducted if you fail to complete your planned activities. The weekly limit caps your total possible deduction.

 

If you miss a planned activity, a predefined deduction is applied based on your selected commitment amount per missed day. The total deductions for a week will not exceed your weekly commitment limit — no matter how many days you miss.

How do rewards work?

When you successfully complete your planned activities and meet eligibility conditions, rewards are credited to your account based on a predefined distribution system. Rewards are determined by your consistency and overall platform activity — not by chance or competition.

 

Also, the rewards are not fixed. They may vary based on platform-defined parameters such as overall activity levels and system distribution logic. Rewards are not influenced by chance or competition with other users.

How do I redeem rewards?

Successful completion of your commitments earns money that goes into your OnPacts wallet. Once you’ve earned a minimum of $5, you can redeem it (up to a maximum of $50) through PayPal or use our other redeeming service.

If wrongly charged, when will I get my refund?

It's advised that you report to our team within 3 days when the debit occurs in your account. Once received your query, OnPacts may take 1-2 days to evaluate things, and issue a refund within 7 working days if the debit occurred wrongly.

Where do the lost stake goes?

The  lost stakes are still yours and OnPacts is building the feature for you to earn it back completely once again through fitness, so that your amount continues to push you towards better fitness goals.
